Tuck Chiropractic Website
Backstory:
Tuck Chiropractic asked me to develop a new website for their growing practice. From the start, there were several considerations to keep in mind: First, the bulk of the Tuck Clinic customer base were rural. Second, pain is a major driving factor for potential patients seeking care. Third, customers could be coming from a variety of situations and frames of reference.
To account for unknowns, I setup a week of in-person interviews and asked each location to collect questionnaires. From this data, I worked with Tuck's leaders to create 5 unique personas representing real patients. These proved useful for making decisions for both the website, as well as marketing strategies over the next eight quarters.
