Tuck Chiropractic Clinic

Backstory:

A growing chiropractic company had outlived their previous marketing and image and I was contracted to help upgrade the brand styles and marketing, redesign their website and staff portal and explore possibilities of a complete rebrand. Tuck’s customers loved them and it was clear the leaders in the organization went out of their way to give expert care with a high degree of professionalism. In consultation, two options were presented. The first was to shift the perception of the company to present more professional and higher quality by cleaning up the branding and creating strong supportive assets. The second option was an entire rebrand which would align Tuck much more closely with other medical options in the area, but present cleaner, more professional and focus on the ease of care with life-changing results. Because of the existing brand loyalty and the cost associated with a hard brand imaging reset, Tuck chose the first option. We streamlined the logo and developed a richer color palette with guidelines for advertising, signage, and collateral design.
