Christians Uniting for Political Action

Two businessmen approached me for consultation and graphic work for a non-profit they wanted to launch within the greater Springfield, Missouri area. Their goal was to unite church leaders to help provide guidance and moral direction on key issues within the county. During the exploration phase, I mentioned the fact that during the birth and growth of the American nation, churches sometimes doubled as meeting houses. For centuries, churches were visible focal points of a city’s skyline because of their steeples. I decided to build their identity based on this idea and provide graphic nods to governmental design. What resulted was a much stronger image that carried weight and meaning.
