Building Management Co.

When BMC was founded, I was asked to create a brand signature for their company that could be used to quickly communicate their abilities and position them as a well-run and dependable property management company. I focused on a perspective rendering of a multi-story building and included a tree to soften the commercial appearance. To communicate the ideas of being well-equipped, clear processes and an easy-to-work with nature, I chose a san serif with bauhaus qualities. BMC owners were pleased and went on to become a leader in Charlottesville’s growth.
